Resumo

This study aims to rescue, perhaps, the oldest myth nago on the creation of the world, whose unique character is the orisha Obatala. This version, which we believe to be the oldest, was spreaded and multifaceted in several works, in prose form. From these works, in this poem will rejoin in a single text, the principal information and data mythological, intent on recount the Yoruba story of world’s creation by orisha Obatala. The rescue of the history will follow the rules of the poems, of the Ifá’s babalaos, and will have all eight main parts, providing many details about the form and the composition of a sacred poem of Ifa
