ResumoStructure of Chaenocephalus aceratus stock in the region of South Georgia is constantly fluctuating, depending on the strength of recruited generations. The stock is heavily exploited, contrarily to the region of Elephant Is. and King George Is., where fishing is not so intensive. Growth rate of Chaenocephalus aceratus in the region of Elephant Is. (preliminary results) is similar as in the region of South Georgia.
