Resumo

Faunal remains from Antelope House are used as the basis for inferences concerning environmental change, prehistoric hunting and butchering practices' and the importance of various fauna in the diet of the indigenes. Some of the problems involved in the estimation of available protein at archaeological sites are also explored.
