Este artigo pretende registrar um conjunto de lembrancas, gestos, ritos e codigos e saberes femininos que compoem o oficio de doceira na cidade de Goias, a partir da convivencia e entrevista com cinco mulheres. As narrativas contam sobre o trabalho a partir da rememoracao de trajetorias de vida e tracam os eixos tematicos comuns que organizaram a minha escrita: trabalho e identidade de genero; o oficio de doceira e a habilidade de artesa; memoria individual e memoria coletiva. Abstract This paper aims to record a set of female rememberances, gestures, rites, codes and knowledge that compose the labor of confectioners in the City of Goias, based on the interaction with and interviews of five women. Through the memories of their lives, they talk about their work, and these narratives outline the common themes which have generated my writing: work and identity of gender; confectioner’s work and craftswoman’s ability; individual and collective memory.
