ResumoU.S.A. Electrón microscopic studies have been done in psoriatic patients treated with lqethotrexate.Ten patients were studied before and one year or more after l'ethotrexate was administered in standard dosages of 25 to 40 mg.per week. The patients were questioned and examined regarding liver status and laboratory studies including complete blood count and aspartate aminotransferase were obtained at approximately monthly intervals. The biopsies of the first three patients were fixed in glutaraldehyde and the last seven in both glutaraldehyde and osmium.Studies were done with the RCA-FHWA electron microscope. There were no significant changes in any of the ten patients
