An electrochemical immunosensor based on a silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs)-doped polyaniline (PANI) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) transducer, wherein polyclonal anti -polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) antibody (Ab) was immobilized by a covalent linkage with glutaraldehyde (GA), was developed.
