Abstract Proposal 16-C was accepted by the Commission on New Minerals and Mineral Names of the International Mineralogical Association, and parabariomicrolite is discredited as identical to hydrokenomicrolite-3 R . There are now two type localities: Alto do Giz pegmatite, Equador Co., Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil and Volta Grande pegmatite, Nazareno, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
