AS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS E A EDUCAÇÃO DO CAMPO: um estudo de caso do Projeto Político-Pedagógico – PPP da Escola Itinerante Zumbi dos Palmares (Oeste paranaense 1996-2012)

ResumoNeste trabalho pretende-se pontuar argumentos que condicionaram o direcionamento das politicas publicas educacionais a partir do ano de 1996, apos criacao da Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educacao Nacional LDB No 9394/96. Para tanto, busca-se relacionar estas politicas publicas com a analise do Projeto Politico Pedagogico (PPP) da Escola Itinerante Zumbi dos Palmares, localizada no Acampamento 1o de Agosto, pertencente ao Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem-Terra (MST), no municipio de Cascavel, Extremo Oeste paranaense. A proposta pedagogica da instituicao educacional esta enraizada, na teoria e na pratica, no segmento da proposta de Educacao do Campo. Nesse sentido, alem da analise do principal documento da escola, cabe refletir acerca da realidade de vida a que o conjunto de sujeitos da escola se encontra submetido. A metodologia empregada para a realizacao da pesquisa consistiu-se por meio de analise bibliografica, de trabalhos de campo com realizacao de registro fotografico e de entrevistas com liderancas da escola e do movimento social em questao, entrevistas que se tornaram importantes para justificar a pesquisa. Therefore it seeks to relate the public policies with the Pedagogic Political Project analysis of the Zumbi dos Palmares itinerant school. The rural school is located at a camp belonging to the Landless Rural Workers – social movement known in Brazil by the acronym “MST” – in the Cascavel city, West of Parana State/Brazil. The pedagogical approach of the educational institution is rooted in theory and in practice, in the segment of Rural Education proposal. In this sense, in addition to the main document of the school analysis, it is worth reflecting on the life of reality to the school subject set is submitted. The methodology for the research consisted-through literature analysis, field studies in conducting photographic records and interviews with school leaders and social movement in question, which became important to justify the search. The study proposed covered the period 1996 to 2012.
