Resumo

The hyperfine structure of the $4^{2}S_{\frac{1}{2}}$ state of ${\mathrm{Na}}^{23}$ has been measured by the method of cascade radio-frequency spectroscopy. We find, for the magnetic dipole coupling constant, $A(4^{2}S_{\frac{1}{2}})=202\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}3$ MHz.
