Resumo

Begoniaceae from FZB Botanical Garden’s living collection are presented. A total of 17 taxa belonging to the genus Begonia L. were identified. Begonia descoleana L.B.Sm. & Schub., B. pulchella Raddi, and B. toledoana Handro are new records for Rio Grande do Sul State. This paper includes a key for identification of the studied taxa.
