The Spanish public function has experienced a series of changes along his history fruit of the continuous political changes. From the 19th century the diverse Statutes that have regulated the public function in our country have contributed diverse solutions but still follow existing historical problems that have not resolved. In the 20th century has arisen a public function of European field.
