Resumo

• This manuscript demonstrates in vivo model of orthotopic dental pulp regeneration. • The model to study dental pulp regeneration influenced by photobiomodulation (PBM) therapy proved to be feasible. • PBM therapy may be an adjunctive therapy able to improve the dental pulp regeneration. • Protocol and mechanism of PBM therapy in dental pulp regeneration have been discussed.
