We describe a patient with severe hemorrhagic- jaundiced-causedby Leptospira interrogans, who also presented an intracerebral hemorrhage, pulmonary and hepatosplenomegaly. The study of the liver and spleen damage were made by TC scans, while the etiologic agent was diagnosed by the microscopic agglutination technique. The therapeutic management of leptospirosis was performed with penicillin, with good outcomes. We present the case of a patient with jaundice and hemorrhage and his risk factors, similarly the development of disease and the proper patient management.
