Considering the increasing flow of imported containers to Abidjan Terminal, it is today necessary to reduce the waiting time of delivery trucks on the park to increase its debit. In this paper we propose a solution which consists in planning the operations of the RTG to minimize globally the waiting time of the delivery trucks of containers in the Abidjan Terminal. By taking into account the available resources at the Terminal, we present a mixed linear programming minimizing the total waiting time of the delivery trucks of containers. Besides we use the software of programming AMPL coupled with solver CPLEX 12:6:3 for its numerical resolution.
