ResumoThis work is a theoretical essay on the humor in the organizational space.Humor is an important element of human interaction and therefore have an impact on working groups and organizations.This test is the product of a reflection on humor and its importance for organizational space.And therefore, it is proposed to assist in the understanding of the contextual elements present in the workplace and to facilitate their management in the context of work.Therefore, at first, they present concepts about the humor and the view of some authors about their impact on social relations, highlighting the contributions of Bergson (1978Bergson ( /2007)), which details the mood in the environmental context routinized work.Then the theories are presented on mood in different approaches and their evolution.Finally, it presents how complex and multifaceted is the theme in the field of studies of contemporary organizations.
