DOI: 10.12957/dep.2016.19281 Resumo Esse artigo apresenta Alice no País das maravilhas como uma crítica às premissas filosóficas subjacentes a Teoria Pura do Direito de Kelsen. A primeira secção discute a ideia de objeto puro. A segunda, examina a noção de coerência sistêmica e seu impacto na maneira Moderna de se pensar o Direito. A terceira explora as conexões entre essas leituras de sistema e a perpetuação do poder político e a última secção explica a noção de “antecipação crítica”. Palavra-chave: Kelsen; positivismo; Lewis Carroll. Abstract This paper presents Alice in Wonderland as a critique of assumptions in Kelsen’s Pure Theory of Law. The first section discusses Lewis the idea of a pure object. The second section examines the notion of systemic coherence and its impact on modern ways of thinking about law. The third explores the connections between such readings of systems and the perpetuation of political power and the last explains the idea of “critical anticipation”.
