Convolvulaceae em um fragmento da Serra da Mantiqueira, Minas Gerais, Brasil.

Resumo

Apresenta-se o levantamento floristico de Convolvulaceae Juss. em um fragmento de transicao entre os dominios do Cerrado e Mata Atlântica, na Serra da Mantiqueira, municipio de Barbacena, Minas Gerais. A familia esta representada na area por quatro generos e nove especies, listadas a seguir: Evolvulus barbatus Meisn., E . sericeus Sw., Ipomoea cairica (L.) Sweet, I . procumbens Mart. ex Choisy , I. purpurea (L.) Roth, I. saopaulista O'Donell, Jacquemontia pentanthos (Jacq.) G.Don, J. sphaerostigma (Cav.) Rusby e Merremia macrocalyx (Ruiz & Pav.) O'Donell . Entre estas, E. barbatus e considerada “Criticamente Ameacada” de extincao na flora de Minas Gerais . Esta area vem sofrendo disturbios antropicos devido a frequente perda de habitat para o crescimento imobiliario e expansao agricola, assim como transformacao de remanescentes florestais e de campo em areas de pastagens, aumentando o status de ameaca que ja atinge algumas das especies ali encontradas. Sao apresentados chave de identificacao, descricoes, ilustracoes, comentarios taxonomicos e ecologicos para as especies. ( Convolvulaceae in a fragment of Serra da Mantiqueira, Minas Gerais, Brazil ) It presents the floristic survey of Convolvulaceae Juss. in a fragment of transition between the Cerrado and Atlantic forest, in the Serra da Mantiqueira, municipality of Barbacena, Minas Gerais. The family is represented in the area for four genera and nine species listed below: Evolvulus barbatus Meisn, E. sericeus Sw , Ipomoea cairica (L.) Sweet, I. procumbens Mart. ex Choisy, I. purpurea (L.) Roth, I. saopaulista O'Donnell, Jacquemontia pentanthos (Jacq.) G.Don, J. sphaerostigma (Cav.) Rusby and Merremia macrocalyx (Ruiz & Pav.) O'Donnell. Between them Evolvulus barbatus is considered Critically Endangered of extinction in the flora of Minas Gerais. This area has undergone anthropogenic disturbances due to frequent loss of habitat for real estate growth and agricultural expansion, and transformation of forest remnants and field areas in pasture areas increasing threat status that has already reached some of the species found there. key Identification, descriptions, illustrations, comments taxonomic and ecological for the species.
