Spanish abstract:Esta investigacion, da a conocer, los procesos de las logicas de accion de los actores involucrados, en la iniciativa de instalar a la ciudad de Bulnes, como capital de la Provincia de Diguillin, dentro del proyecto Nuble Region. Asimismo, se indaga acerca de las estrategias que se dan entre ellos y en que forma, se estructuran las relaciones de poder que los mantienen unidos. Lo anterior, nos lleva a analizar el campo de la toma de decisiones que afectan los procesos de descentralizacion, mecanismo que desemboca en la definicion de las nuevas unidades politico-administrativas de nuestro pais. Los ejes analiticos de esta investigacion corresponden a: estrategia y relaciones de poder. English abstract:This study shows the rationale of the different actors involved in settling Bulnes as capital city of the province of Diguillin, within the context of Nuble Regionalization Project. The actor’s logic of action was observed in terms of the strategies made as well as the power relationship established that keep them united. This observation let us analyze the decision making process that affects decentralization, a mechanism which entitles the formation of new political-administrative units in Chile. The constructs used for the analysis in this research are power relationships and strategies.
