ResumoThe objective of this paper is to show an overview of conceptions on teaching and learning algorithms and computer programming to point out the main difficulties students deal with and present the profile of teachers based on literature related to the topic. After this, it is proposed a methodology to help teachers to prepare their syllabus based on Bloom’s taxonomy.
