Somos testigos de una etapa de aparente reconstruccion tecno-social, en donde el acceso a las tecnologias resulta casi obligado, sin embargo, ciertamente existen dificultades en torno al uso y abuso de la informacion contenida en Internet. De esta forma pareciera ser que el exceso de informacion comienza a generar una diversidad de experiencias que impactan directamente en el comportamiento del ser humano, dando lugar a posibles procesos psicologicos no deseados como ansiedad o angustia, que se engloban en un nuevo fenomeno denominado Infoxicacion, referido a la sobrecarga informativa que recibe el usuario de las herramientas tecnologicas. El objetivo de este trabajo surge de la necesidad de reflexionar en torno a ello, con el fin de proporcionar una mayor comprension en el marco de la sociedad del conocimiento, explorando una posible alternativa denominada Web semantica o Web 3.0, una herramienta disenada para identificar, seleccionar y organizar de manera efectiva el acceso a la informacion.We are witnessing a period of apparent techno-social reconstruction, where access to technology is almost mandatory, however, there are certainly difficulties surrounding the use and misuse of the information contained on the Internet. Thus it appears that the information overload begins to generate a variety of experiences that directly impact on human behavior, leading to possible undesirable psychological processes such as anxiety or distress, which are included in a new phenomenon called Infoxication, referring to the information overload that the user receives the technological tools. The objective of this work arises from the need to reflect on it, in order to provide a greater understanding within the framework of the knowledge society, exploring a possible alternative called Semantic Web or Web 3.0, a tool designed to identify, select and organize effectively access to information.
