ResumoThe report deals with the problem of dynamics of community value orientation during coaching session. Community value orientation is the main element of group identity. Without common community value orientation any organization or command will be destroyed. The aim of the exploration is to identify and explore the features of the dynamics of the community value orientations “Inclusion”, “Engagement with diverse communities”, “Connection to Community” during the coaching sessions. The hypothesis of the research is the following assumptions: after the coaching sessions in the community value orientations “Inclusion”, “Engagement with diverse communities”, “Connection to Community” will be most expressed in personality than before coaching session. The sample involved 128 students of three universities of Saint-Petersburg: Saint-Petersburg State University, Higher School of Economic and Saint-Petersburg Institute of cinema and television (Russia). Their age was from 18 to 27 years. The results show that community value orientations is significantly expressed after the group coaching session in accordance with the average total score on the sample. Thus our hypothesis containing the suggestion that community value orientations “Inclusion”, “Engagement with diverse communities”, “Connection to Community” will be more expressed in person after coaching session was confirmed.
