ResumoThis research aims to reconstruct some structural fundamentals Israelite king submission generators Yěhu to Assyrian king Sulmānu-asaridu in the 9 th century BC. Starting from the hypothesis that the campaign in the Levant is the most important international policy of the Neo-Assyrian Empire, the meeting between the “great King” Assyrian and the “little King” Israelite should be seen as a demonstration of regional leadership of the ancient Israel, Yiśrā’ēl . Our goal is to demonstrate this political context.
