English Abstract: Reliable information about a specific authority to organize authority in the city of Iasi in the past is scarce. Although some of the city's Captains or Agi chronicles, “regulators of public order and publicity are mentioned”, there is no clarification about all their duties, so we can not say that their attributions were only administrative Or military, only court or town, or that they were all together. The importance of Agia grew after the Iasi fair became the capital of Moldova. The assumption of police responsibilities, in addition to the predominantly military, is explained by the tendency of the central power to extend its full control over the urban administration. That is why the institution was subordinated directly to the reign. The police duties were exercised in Iasi Fair by a boyar, charged with supervising the city's watchmen, judging the small processes of the citizens and punishing those found walking in the streets, irrespective of the social category they belonged to. According to Interpolator Misail Calugaru, aga was a runner-in-law and the fair, pre-jassy, giddy and had the task of organizing the hosting of foreign guests. Romanian Abstract: Informaţii sigure despre vreo instituţie anume de organizare a autoritaţii in orasul Iasi, in trecut, sunt puţine.
