Resumo

We present considerations about one of the essays in the book "Música e pensamento, entitled "Maneiras de ouvir música ", analyzing the assumptions about the music and its appreciation.Thus, we seek to know the academic essay of Figueiredo Fidelino about the music appreciation, analyzing the power lines that cross their considerations.More, we seek to investigate intellectual uses of music and its cultural value in Fidelino's reflection on the thought and the music.
