Leitura de livro paradidático e a produção escrita de reportagens: perspectivas críticas na sala de aula

ResumoThe theme of this research is the work with writing reading and production development, specifically reading paradidactic book and production reports by students of the 9th grade of elementary school II, a public school in the East Zone of Sao Paulo city. The general objective of pedagogical intervention was reading a book and it transposition of history to journalistic language. Specifically, we sought to understand the book Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and the literary language features and the transposition of the story to the reporting format, in journalistic style for the magazine Caras, Mundo Estranho, Atrevidinha, Ana Maria and Viagem. The research was based on Bakhtin's concept of genre of discourse, particularly the genres novel and report, it reading as production of meaning and the gender characteristics. Methodologically, a research-action developed with 54 students in two steps: first, reading paradidactic book, characterization of the characters and the socio-historical and social aspects; then characterize the genre magazine report, style study of each of the five magazines chosen depending on the target audience, production reports for these magazines. As a result, there was the production of 30 reports for magazines, with the participation of students effectively.
