This study intends to relate the novel “O centauro de jardim”(1983), by Moacyr Scliar, with others discursive genders – the poem “Danca de Centauras”, by Francisca Julia and the musical composition “Herdeiro da Pampa Pobre”, interpreted by the group Engenheiros do Hawaii – wanting to verify, the presence of the myth of Centaur, as well like, contextualize the ambivalence theme of this myth in regarding others discursive genders.
