Resumo: Apos breve exposicao, o autor apresenta o Concilio Vaticano II como “ato de misericordia”, faz memoria de alguns pronunciamentos de Joao XXIII e de Paulo VI, e termina, como comecara, com uma afirmacao sobre a Bula do Jubileu. Diz que dela recebemos quase um “decalogo conciliar para o Sinodo”, com surpreendente atualidade e um unico objetivo: servir ao ser humano. Isto, para que todos possamos encontrar acesso a reconciliacao com Deus. Abstract: After a brief expose the author deals with the Council of Vatican II as an “act of mercy”, remembering some pronouncements of Pope John XXIII and Pope Paul VI, concluding in the same terms which he stated at the beginning, citing the Papal Bull of Jubilee. It says that by its promulgation we received it almost as a “Council’s Decalogue for the Synod” with an astonishing reality for our age and time, whose only purpose is to be of service to human kind. Its aim is for us to have access to the reconciliation with God.
