Resumo

: Programmed Cell Death 1-Ligand 1 (PD-L1) and Programmed Death Protein 1 (PD-1) blocking antibodies are promising immunotherapies for malignancies. We have previously shown PD-L1 expression in 40% of malignant mesothelioma (MM); however, the temporal and spatial heterogeneity of its expression has not been thoroughly studied. We compared PD-L1 expression between paired primary and metastatic MM.
