ResumoResumo: Partindo da relevância do texto biblico e do seu efeito no esquema criativo na cultura ocidental, este artigo lida com a relacao entre Biblia e literatura, mais especificamente no romance Lavoura arcaica (1975) de Raduan Nassar. Assim, o exame a ser desenvolvido neste estudo considerara sobretudo o dialogo entre os textos e a forma como este dialogo e estabelecido no romance em questao. Palavras-chave: intertexto, Biblia, literatura. Abstract: This essay deals with the relationship between the Bible and literature, more specifically in Raduan Nassar’s Lavoura arcaica (1975). That relationship will be based on the relevance the biblical text and its impact have on the creative scheme in Western culture. Thus, the investigation here proposed will consider specially the dialogue between the texts and the way this dialogue is established in the novel examined. Key words: intertext, Bible, literature.
