Resumo

The process of labor mobility verified by means of Haitian immigration in Brazil, specifically for the municipality of Mandaguari (PR) allowed the analysis of the factors of attraction that occurred to the detriment of the economy of the place of study. The municipality that is located in the Northwest of the State of Parana has been a pole of attraction for these migrants due to its increasing development in the industrial sector, in which it offers a greater number of jobs. Large companies were installed, when compared to the dimensions of the city and these promote a new dynamic, both in the social field and in the economic area. Haitians are mobilized by the difficulties that their country of origin has and seek a place of welcome and work. Understanding the changes that this phenomenon has brought, not only to the urban space under study, but also to the conditions that the capitalist system imposes on these migrants is relevant, aiming that Haiti is a labor force as well as other Countries, contextualizing the current scenario.
