ResumoThe market scenario of intense changes requires organizations to develop competitive factors, so developing methods for forecasting and controlling inventory is of fundamental importance for the company survival.This paper proposes a demand prevision model with fuzzy inference as a basis for major strategic decisions of the organization, having as variables the marketing mix.
