Gestor escolar: dimensões de sua ação

Resumo Pretende-se, neste texto, examinar os condicionantes que influenciam as diferentes dimensoes da acao cotidiana do gestor escolar: de formacao, legais, sociais, economicos, culturais e os desafios e conflitos para sua atuacao de educador comprometido com a transformacao no contexto de uma sociedade capitalista. Parte-se da hipotese de que a atuacao do gestor e fundamental no processo de organizacao da escola e que tanto pode ser propicia ao desenvolvimento de um processo educativo com qualidade contribuindo para uma sociedade com democracia quanto atuando de modo alienado, reforcar as mazelas da escola contribuindo para a permanencia de uma sociedade injusta. Fundamenta-se teoricamente, entre outros, em Ball (2005), Apple (2001), Gimeno Sacristan ( 2007) e Lima (2001). Palavras-chave: Gestor escolar;Educador;Dimensoes da acao. School manager: dimensions of his action Abstract It’s intended in this text to examine the conditions that influenced the different dimensions of daily action of scholar manager: formation, legality, social, economic, cultural and the challenges and conflicts for their procedure as committed educator to the transformation of the context in a capitalist society. It starts from the hypothesis that manager’s procedure is fundamental in the process of the organization of the school and that it can both propitiate the develop of an educative process with quality contributing for a democratic society, as act alienated, reassuring the ills of the school and contributing for the permanence of an unfair society. It is based, theoretically, among others, in Ball (2005), Apple (2001), Gimeno Sacristan (2007) and Lima (2001). Key words : Scholar manager;Educator;Action dimensions.
