ResumoKey Points Posttransplantation cyclophosphamide eliminates most mature donor NK cells infused with the graft, including alloreactive NK cells. High levels of serum interleukin-15 early after HSCT provide a favorable environment for adoptive infusion of mature donor NK cells.
