ResumoHIV preexposure prophylaxis (PrEP) using daily oral tenofovir-disoproxil-fumarate/emtricitabine (TDF/FTC) is effective for preventing HIV acquisition, but concerns remain about its potential kidney toxicity. This study examined kidney function in individuals using PrEP in real-world clinical settings.
