Resumo

The communication, more reduced in this article, approaches diverse main problems that the special situation of the catholic Church in Spain takes with himself: a) criticizes the Agreements subscribed by the Spanish State with the Vatican (of simultaneous way to the promulgation of the Spanish Constitution) that locate to the Church in a privilege situation and discrimination of other religions; b) also criticizes the philosophy of the one Church, put under any other power nor jurisdictional control and source of the imbalances of any pact with that eclesial organization; c) does determine exactly the concepts: lay, laicism and «laicite», and call the attention at the moment exceeds engaged ideological by the catholic Church against the laicism that, nevertheless, there is to differentiate from anticlericalism; d) is against to the official position of the Spanish catholic Church with respect to the memory of the civil society, that it loves to shut in between the Spanish Civil War and the democratic transition, with complete forgetfulness of the dictatorship of Franco and his responsibility in that theocratic regime and e) advocates another attitude towards the Islam different from its unilateral version «yihad» given by Benedicto XVI in Ratisbona.
