ResumoObjective: To verify in the literature scientific which aspects are most affected in the quality of life of patients with venous ulcer.Method: Integrative review conducted in national and international scientific journals available online, BDENF, LILACS, SCIELO, WEB OF SCIENCE, PUBMED via MEDLINE and SCOPUS, published between 2011 and 2016, using the DeCS and MeSH descriptors: varicose ulcer , quality of life and nursing, with their respective in English, both associated with the Boolean operator and.Results: A total of 336 articles were found, which after applying inclusion criteria, evaluation for duplicity and suitability to the theme, obtained 28 final researches, which were categorized into three thematic axes to facilitate the discussion and understanding of the researched topic.they: aspects more affected in the quality of life of the patient with venous ulcer; feelings experienced in the daily life of patients with venous ulcer and; role of nursing care management in patients with venous ulcer.Final Considerations: It was observed that having 1 Enfermeira graduada pela Facul.do Piauí, Teresina -PI.
