Resumo

We theoretically investigate the Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya solitons driven by the magnetic field and spin-polarized current in anisotropic ferromagnetic nanowires. The external field and Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction determine the formation region of soliton solution and the corresponding phase diagram is given for different types of solitons. The Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction affects the internal structure distortion of solitons which determines the soliton energy. Also, we obtain the critical value of Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction for soliton formation. The roles of Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction effect on the soliton energy are completely opposite for the solitons of type I and type II in ferromagnetic nanowires.
