Resumo

This article analyzes the state of the art in the production and publication of Brazilian newsgames.From the exploratory research, proposed by Severino (2010), it is verified the construction of the historical of the use of games in journalism.The work treats of the development of the narrative of the videogames and the use of the resources derived from the games for the construction of journalistic narratives, emphasizing the term newsgame in the national scenery.
