ResumoChronic GVHD, an autoimmune disease that follows allogeneic hematopoietic-cell transplantation, is characterized by infections and debilitating tissue injury leading to irreversible fibrosis. Insights into the pathophysiology of the disease are providing new therapeutic targets.
