Souza and Souza referenced case reports by Sakai et al2 and Kim et al,3 in addition to pointing out their case report published in 2007 in the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, entitled “Conservative Treatment of Calcifying Odontogenic Cyst: Report of 3 Cases.”4 We would like Souza and Souza to have comfort that we did not miss these reports in our literature review.
