ResumoThe article discusses adapted strategies and a pedagogical resource in the context of a ludic approach to teaching and learning and of capacities and abilities of a student with Multiple Disabilities. The main objective of the study was to adapt the game, elaborate, describe and analyze pedagogical strategies in bowling as an Assistive Technology resource for acquiring and/or improving the abilities and motor.Field notes and video recording were used as data .Twenty-five sessions were necessary for obtaining feedback and analyzing the different situations in the game. The focus of the adaptation was conventional bowling, in which the researcher adapted the following elements of the game: balls, pins, the lane itself, as well as teaching strategies for the game (such as rolling technique and pin placement), necessary for meeting the participant's functional condition. It was verified that the adaptations made in the game, as well as the strategies, were sufficient to meet the expected goal.
