The endochondral ossification begins on a mold of hyaline cartilage, with a format similar to the bone that will arise, being responsible for the formation of short and long bones. So we feel will be of great value to a study based in the normal development of the members of bovine embryos and fetuses from cows raised on natural environment, through studies on light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results obtained in this study, we found that the mesenchymal cells differentiate into chondroblasts to form embryos with CR of 20.0 mm, which appear in primary cartilaginous molds embryos with CR of 25.0 mm and forelimb presents in format and small plate of hind limb bud embryo with CR of 28.0 mm. There is also the presence of mold hyaline cartilage, perichondrial tissue chondroblasts and around the fetus with CR 30.0 mm, and fetuses CR 76.0 mm chondrocyte death occurs in the largest area of calcification and cytoplasmic matrix.
