ResumoWe examined the results of cardiac catheterization in infants with congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) from 2009 to 2020. Catheterization confirmed pulmonary arterial hypertension in all cases (n = 17) and identified left ventricular (LV) diastolic dysfunction (LVDD) in 53%. LVDD was associated with greater respiratory morbidity. Preprocedural noninvasive assessment showed inconsistent agreement with catheterization results.
