Television (TV) and radio broadcasting (RB) can be attributed to the electronic units of mass media information, which are capable to carry information to the very wide population stratum almost immediately. It influences on the modern society greatly. Government services are obliged to check TV-RB companies to fulfill requirements foreseen by laws, to perform monitoring of content and technical quality of broadcasted programs, to take correcting measures in cases of violations revelation.
