Autores ResumoExcuse me if I nod off but I have just run 13 miles. I know - ridiculously far and 1 did not really mean to. After all, we have a perfectly good bus service. Thirteen miles, for the uninitiated, is known as a half marathon - a derogatory phrase that implies it is somehow inferior to a full marathon, a distance attempted only by the seriously unhinged and men in rhino costumes. Believe me, even in a ‘half’ marathon the agony is whole.
