ResumoKey Points Newly diagnosed primary cHLs have a concomitant increase in CD4+ Th1-polarized Tregs and differentiated Teffs. Primary cHLs exhibit 2 major complementary bases of immunosuppression: likely exhausted PD-1+ Th1 Teffs and active PD-1− Th1 Tregs.
