Paleontology and Stratigraphy of Fossils

Paleontological characteristics (macrofloras, miospores, palynofaciès and non-marine molluscs) in the Westphalian A/B transitional beds from Borehole Peer (KB206) from the Campine Basin are studied in their paleoenvironmental context. Influences of tectonic and climatic changes on the deposits and on the flora and non-marine fauna are evaluated.
