Resumo

Resumen La formacion de maestros como accion de transformacion social merece el desarrollo de propuestas de investigacion que contribuyan a la discusion de la misma. Asi las cosas, este articulo se plantea como punto de partida de una tesis doctoral, orientada a determinar el sentido de la formacion del licenciado en tecnologia de la Universidad Pedagogica y Tecnologica de Colombia, sede Duitama, desde el analisis de los componentes disciplinares, pedagogicos y didacticos. El escrito reflexiona sobre la formacion de educadores, en el marco de los desafios tecnologicos del siglo XXI. La investigacion se desarrolla bajo la metodologia de investigacion teoria fundamentada, en el contexto del paradigma interpretativo hermeneutico. Se concluye que los procesos de formacion de educadores se deben transformar progresivamente, en armonia con las condiciones sociales, economicas y culturales, y atendiendo a las politicas educativas; sin desconocer que existen prioridades politicas que, en ocasiones, desconocen las realidades de los contextos e ignoran las necesidades de los sujetos. Abstract The training of teachers as an action of social transformation deserves the development of research proposals that contribute to the discussion of it. Thus, this article is proposed as a starting point for a doctoral thesis aimed at determining the meaning of the training of the graduate in technology of the Pedagogical and Technological University of Colombia, Duitama, from the analysis of the disciplinary, pedagogical and didactic components. The paper presents a reflection on the training of educators in the framework of the technological challenges of the 21st century. The research is developed under the methodology of grounded theory research, within the framework of the interpretive hermeneutical paradigm. It is concluded that the processes of educating educators must be progressively transformed in harmony with social, economic and cultural conditions, and in response to educational policies; Without ignoring that there are political priorities that sometimes ignore the realities of the contexts and ignore the needs of the subjects.
