ResumoA systematic, nationwide assessment of care of patients with hypertension in Brazil is needed. The objective of the First National Registry of Patients with Hypertension in Brazil is to evaluate the clinical profile, treatment patterns, and outcomes of diagnosed hypertensive patients in the country.
