ResumoOvarian hemangiomas, are very rare benign tumors, exclusively detected anegdotally on histopathologic examinations. A 35-year-old nuligravida presented for abdominal pain and distention with regular menstrual cycles and appendectomy in childhood, and family history was inconspicuous. She did not undergo gynecologic examination regularly, the last one being six years before, with normal Pap test, somatogram and laboratory findings.
